The introduction of novel concepts and practices within the insurance industry exerts a substantial influence on a nation's economic landscape and insurance companies’ overall execution. This study investigates the impact of insurance technology on the operational and financial effectiveness of the insurance sector while presenting diverse viewpoints on this subject. This study explores the fundamental aspects and significance of current technologies in the insurance sector by analyzing the benefits that insurers and consumers derive from their use. The hypothesis is considered to investigate the operation of specific factors that significantly impact the financial performance of the insurance business. The collection of data has been conducted via secondary sources. IBM SPSS Statistics has been used to analyze data across various dimensions. Regression analysis is a statistical technique that allows for the examination of the connection between a dependent variable and one or more independent variables. In conclusion, this concept has demonstrated its value from the perspectives of insurers or insurance companies. The study's findings indicate that using technologies facilitates the acquisition of new clients and the retention of existing clients, contributing to a steady increase in premium volume over time. Furthermore, insurance technologies enable the dissemination of data and exchange of information about current and prospective clients, reducing the risk associated with insurance operations.
