The ability to select the most appropriate network for a given communications scenario has become critical decision. Network selection, also known as network switching or network switching responsibility, refers to the process of choosing the best available network from among several options to establish and maintain a communication connection. It is an integral part of modern wireless communication systems and plays a key role in ensuring seamless connectivity and efficient use of resources. Two multi-criteria decision-making (MCDM) algorithms are used in this paper. The weight of these algorithms is created using Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) technology. The network selected by the two algorithms is then discussed, and finally, the performance of the two algorithms is evaluated in terms of accuracy and relative standard deviation (RSD).

摘要
