Currently, healthcare has attracted the attention of administrators, medical teams, and researchers due to the numerous home care programs. These programs facilitate society's access to treatment, minimize hospital costs, alleviate waiting rooms, and speed up care. However, in order to make it operational, complex visit planning is required to optimize travel and care teams, while ensuring that operational costs are minimized. Such planning requires the use of mathematical optimization methodologies, which are not within the expertise of most of the professionals involved. In this study, a Systematic Literature Review was carried out with the aim of identifying the main optimization algorithms used in the complex operationalization of these services, in order to provide professionals with the main methodologies for solving these problems. The results indicate that the studies focus on cost minimization, with most optimization models utilizing solutions based on Simulated Annealing and Genetic Algorithm.

摘要
