Developing Intelligent Food Recommended System with Nutrition Insights

In today’s fast-paced world, making informed and health-conscious dietary choices has become increasingly challenging. The proliferation of food options, coupled with varying nutritional needs and preferences, often leaves individuals uncertain about what to eat. This paper introduces an innovative Intelligent Food Recommender System with Nutrition Insights (IFRSNI) designed to empower users with personalized, nutrition-conscious recommendations. The core objective of this project is to leverage artificial intelligence and machine learning techniques such as k means, Louvain, cosine similarity etc.… to provide users with tailored food recommendations based on their individual nutritional requirements, dietary preferences, and health goals. The system employs advanced algorithms to analyze a vast database of foods, ingredients, and recipes, enabling it to generate highly personalized food suggestions. In addition to suggesting foods, the system provides comprehensive nutritional information for each recommended item. This project aims to promote healthier eating habits by assisting users in making informed decisions about their diets. By using the power of artificial intelligence, machine learning algorithms and personalized nutrition insights, individuals can embark on a journey towards improved health and well-being.
