Ranking always plays a big role in making decisions and contributes to improving the quality of services between competitors. In medical tourism, the impact of ranking service providers will incite them to improve the quality of their services and their care. The purpose of this paper is to develop a new ranking model for medical tourism institutions in Tunisia using fuzzy logic. The proposed model is dynamically created and is based on service quality criteria extracted from websites instead of questionnaires or social media. Preliminary results showed the interest of our ranking model compared to an expertise evaluation.

摘要
