Smart healthcare, precision agriculture, and home automation are just a few of the application areas where the Internet of Things (IoT) is expanding quickly. IoT permeates almost every industry and uses sensors to collect data. The fact that these sensors are susceptible to data manipulation and tampering poses a number of difficulties. Any IoT device with tampered data has inadequate security safeguards. These security flaws may cause data breaches and associated system problems. We will address the ideas of data tampering and manipulation, as well as the techniques used to modify data, in this talk. The security and privacy of IoT systems are ultimately eroded as a result of these acts.
