Qualitative Insights into Care: Methodologies and Multicultural Perspectives

The theme of the will to care towards oneself or the other in diversified cultures is particularly relevant in times marked by uncertainty. I start this commentary by focusing on theoretical aspects of care as a virtue. This collection of scholarly works not only expands the literature on care but also clarifies the ways through which care can be more inclusively incorporated into societal norms and practices, encouraging a future where the voices of the marginalized are amplified. This has not only been integral to the scope of the subjects of research, rather, doing research in under-researched communities, and underserved populations, by the authors of this book, I consider to be an act of care.
