The Richness of Personal Perspectives on Mind and Body in the Construction of Everyday Life
摘要
This research focused on the individuals understanding of mind–body construct and the possible impact on participants’ everyday life. The theories used are Cultural Psychology Theory of Imagination. This qualitative research consisted of mindful practice and semi structured interviews between people, age 18–35. This paper is part of a larger work of data collecting. Here will be presented a synthesis of each participant’s perspective of mind and body’s construct, the connection of that on their action, affecting their everyday life. Above that is a discussion of the use of imagination on the building of the understanding of mind and body and the use of Cultural Psychology as the base of the understating mind and body relationship.
