The article presents the concept of training IT specialists at the present stage in the conditions of the established institute of advanced information technologies in the context of the transformation of education and the implementation of the regional strategic project of the strategic academic leadership program “Priority - 2030”. The components (elements) of the concept of personnel training for the digital development of the region are considered. It is concluded that in the conditions of the established Institute of Advanced Information Technologies in the Tula Region, the system of training IT personnel should change significantly.

摘要
