This article discusses the problem of discipline among school and university students in online or blended learning. The authors of the article noted that despite the sufficient coverage of the issue of motivation for learning in pedagogy and related sciences, the issue of developing discipline was not considered from a technical point of view. Within the framework of this work, a scheme for the formation of the discipline is proposed, consisting of several jointly used elements, which in turn can be implemented within the framework of a mobile application. At the same time, the authors conducted an analysis of the mobile application market, because of which it was revealed that there are no suitable products to solve this problem. As a result, the author’s methodology for formalizing the learning process using a mobile application was proposed, presented in the form of appropriate diagrams and diagrams.
