This chapter explains the theoretical foundations of cooperative navigation between multiple agents that are in communication with each other. In this scenario, collaborative PNT (CP, also known as cooperative PNT), allows to exploit both the information available locally and the information available via the communication network in order to improve the accuracy performance, availabilityRAIMAvailability and integrity of the PNT for each of the operational nodes.
