Shallow landslide geological disasters mainly occur in flood season, with the characteristics of “multiple points and wide areas” and “small volume warning difficult”. When the flood season comes every year, large-scale transfer of villagers occurs from time to time, which not only wastes a lot of manpower and material resources but also causes serious troubles for local villagers and disaster prevention personnel. The main reason is that there is no targeted full-cycle control mechanism, and the problem of “curing the symptoms rather than curing the root cause” has repeatedly emerged. Taking the Huangpu District of Guangzhou as an example, this study explored the risk management and control mechanism of slope geological disasters from five aspects: risk identification, research and judgment, management and control, disposal, and comprehensive treatment. The research results mainly include: 1. Build a “map” for daily prevention and control of “point + area”, and solve the problem that “80% of disaster points are outside the hidden trouble points under control”; 2. The early warning model of the geological hazard risk area threshold is established, and “one risk area one threshold” is realized. 3. The scientific management plan “One Account” has been formulated. The results of this study explored the whole-cycle risk control mode of slope geological disasters, which can provide a scientific decision-making basis for disaster prevention and reduction and emergency management, and provide useful experience for the whole city and even the whole province to promote the dual-risk control of geological disasters.

摘要
