Diversity and inclusion are fundamental principles within the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). While the BPM discipline has grown to tackle more contemporary issues, diversity and inclusion remain understudied. This problem statement paper aims to trigger the BPM community to think about developing more inclusive BPM. This paper first introduced a definition of inclusive BPM. Then, areas for further studies on developing inclusive BPM are proposed with several examples in the context of Indonesia.

摘要
