Characteristics, Challenges, and Solutions to Electromagnetic Interference in Wide Bandgap Semiconductor Power Electronics Systems
摘要
Electromagnetic interference (EMI) has long been a headache problem for power electronics researchers and engineers. As the WBG devices operate at much higher switching speeds and frequencies than conventional Si devices, the EMI issues are shifted to a higher frequency range from that of conventional Si devices. This shift introduces new challenges, such as radiated EMI issues, for power electronics researchers and engineers.
