Artificial intelligence has been used in architecture for many years. One of the most recent innovations in this regard is the text-to-image generating tools that generate images based on written prompts. Several companies are developing this innovation competitively. This rapid change could mislead the future of architecture, which calls for an essential need to study the impact of applying this tool while it is still in its pre-release form. Although this tool has great potential to enhance the creativity of architects, it is now in the hands of the public with no guidelines or constraints, which could cause considerable deformations in its different related applications with the risk of losing depth and meaning. Accordingly, the aim of this research is to deduce regulatory guidelines that are needed for artificially intelligent image-generating tools to be suitable for architectural applications. The research will thus use an experimental methodology by observing the outcomes of experienced and non-experienced users to determine the causes of deformations that could happen. This will be based on a rating scale defined by professionals to help guide such innovative applications and direct them to the correct applicable scales. Therefore, the research will result in the development of an analytical framework that determines the most significant variables affecting the validity of AI-generating tools.

摘要
