The second section is about conceptual issues concerning spiritual care: what is spirituality and what is its multicultural context. The third section addresses clinical issues concerning spiritual care in healthcare: what are the situations practitioners are likely to face when considering spiritual assessment. The fourth section provides ethical guidance for navigating their approaches of spiritual care in an ethical manner, by providing steps for moral decision making and case deliberation.
