Technological Challenges and Self-Driving Cars: Acceptance and Stress
摘要
The proliferation of self-driving cars is creating a number of contradictory feelings among people, which are further complicated by the phenomenon of technostress. The extent to which technostress causes mental distress is unclear from current research and further studies are needed to describe the benefits and drawbacks in more detail. Examining acceptance and analysing attitudes is key to understanding and accepting technological change. In addition, clarification of ethical and legal issues is important to better integrate new technologies into our daily lives. The research methodology combines primary and secondary data, and the use of a questionnaire survey with convenience sampling is a reasonable approach in the light of available resources. The interpretative insights and identification of patterns can help shape future action plans and shape the direction of technological development, thus facilitating the adoption and diffusion of self-driving cars.
