Protection Management Against Drones in Industrial Facilities

Examining the complex security challenges posed by the growing use of drones in industrial installations, risk management and effective drone defence. Identifying the various threats with implications for industrial facilities. The study analyses passive and active drone detection and countermeasure technologies, highlighting their advantages and limitations. Due to the rapid proliferation of drones, the need for effective detection and protection mechanisms is growing. Emphasis will be placed on the importance of detection technologies, risk assessment and response plans to counter threats posed by drones. A detailed risk analysis framework is presented, including a risk matrix for assessing the likelihood and impact of drone-related incidents. The research emphasises the importance of proactive measures, including incident preparedness and response planning, to minimise the risks associated with unlicensed drone activities. The study concludes with recommendations for continuous updating of security plans and prioritisation of security resources. This comprehensive approach aims to enhance the resilience of industrial installations to the threats posed by drone technology.
