The paper wants to present a useful method of analysis in the smart manufacturing process based on Petri nets. The method allows tracking and control of a classic smart system, which can be implemented on a supported blockchain platform and then integrated into smart system manufacturing. One of the main advantages that the method analyzes is the visualization of errors in the nodes, by following the information transfer flows. The modeling of intelligent manufacturing systems using Petri nets helps the decision-making system to detect possible errors and to be able to intervene right from the design phase. This modeling, tracking, and control system provides real-time information and can intervene in the configuration right from the design phase, to optimize the system and meet the requirements.
