This is a work-in-progress report on the systematic review and a z-curve analysis on mobile interventions for physical activity. We outline the primary and secondary goals and details of the methods for this review in this presentation. The current literature does not fully explain why certain behavior change techniques (BCTs) work and do not work in mobile interventions. We use the habit instigation vs execution processes in attempt to explain the effectiveness of the BCTs.

摘要

This is a work-in-progress report on the systematic review and a z-curve analysis on mobile interventions for physical activity. We outline the primary and secondary goals and details of the methods for this review in this presentation. The current literature does not fully explain why certain behavior change techniques (BCTs) work and do not work in mobile interventions. We use the habit instigation vs execution processes in attempt to explain the effectiveness of the BCTs.
