“Cerésbox: Development of an Innovative Platform for the Commercialization of Green Products Through 4.0 Technologies”
摘要
The strategic and financial feasibility of a platform directed to the market for eco-friendly cosmetics and personal hygiene items is investigated in this article. In order to do this, the firm's commercial and financial objectives have been evaluated using a combined quantitative and qualitative analysis method. Financial estimates have been made using discounted cash flow models and corporate financial data has been gathered. A sensitivity analysis is also carried out to assess the ways in which different factors influence the project's financial outcomes. With a positive contribution margin and positive cash flow projections, the results show that a platform of this kind would be profitable. The Net Present Value and the Internal Rate of Return indicate that the project would produce positive returns with a 10% discount rate. Furthermore, a thorough understanding of this sustainable platform’s strategic potential and market obstacles is offered by the Canvas model and SWOT analysis. The organization is able to create efficient plans to capitalize on its competitive advantages and advance through the assessment of strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats. Conversely, the platform’s business plan is outlined in detail by the Canvas model, which also highlights its customer categories, distribution channels, and value propositions. But it turns out that the project's profitability might vary a lot depending on the circumstances, especially when it comes to subscriber growth and sales expenses. These findings highlight how crucial it is to effectively manage crucial factors in order to enhance the proposed platform’s long-term success and profitability in a market that is becoming more demanding and competitive.
