Logic principles that take uncertainty into account are still gaining different dimensions, deepening and developing with approaches such as neutrosophic sets. As it is known, neutrosophic sets enable decision-makers to express a situation through truth, falsity, and uncertainty membership functions. Neutrosophic sets are also used to represent uncertain criterion data in multi-criteria decision-making problems. In this study, exploratory research was conducted on how neutrosophic numbers affect the robustness, accuracy, and stability in multi-criteria decision-making methods. For this purpose, an innovative four-dimensional robustness measurement procedure has also been proposed. Data sets from Electric Sports Utility Vehicles, which use an alternative, environmentally friendly energy source, were used. Neutrosophic, grey, and crisp numbers were integrated into the system and compared. Then, with the effect of a parameter change, 630 different ranking scores were obtained. According to the results obtained, it has been seen that the methodology based on neutrosophic numbers produces stronger and more stable relations with internal and external neighbors. The results of this study show that our improved procedure can successfully compare the efficiency of all types of uncertain number components.

摘要
