The quality of services provided by a Sharia bank or Islamic bank, a financial system that adheres to Islamic law (Shariah) and offers an alternative to conventional banking practices, is acknowledged as a prime element contributing to their enhanced competitiveness in the modern economic world. However, to achieve stable development, it is necessary to assess and analyze the quality of services provided by Sharia banks. In this chapter, we propose an extended Additive Ratio ASsessment (ARAS) method based on bipolar neutrosophic sets (BiNSs) for solving the problem of banking service quality evaluation. This evaluation process can be considered a multi-attribute group decision-making (MAGDM) problem that is qualitative and quantitative under an uncertain environment. In addition, this method allows decision-makers to give professional assessments for performance evaluation of Sharia Bank Branch (SBB) offices using BiNSs during the evaluation process. The proposed method integrates the BiNSs and Additive Ratio Assessment (ARAS) for dealing with the MAGDM problem. Moreover, the chapter included a comparative analysis between the proposed ARAS method and other decision-making methods for evaluating five SBB performances as a real case study to demonstrate the feasibility and capability of the proposed method.

摘要
