A family in which parents and their children live together is termed a nuclear family. The extension of the nuclear family, wherein more than three generations live together is termed a joint family. Joint family helps to know the relations such as uncle, aunt, grandparent and so on. Most of the people nowadays prefer nuclear family thinking that independence is beneficial. This makes the persons in the nuclear family forget the advantages in joint family. The role of grandparents in the eminent growth of grandchildren helps to understand the difference between nuclear and joint families. A study on the amelioration of grandchildren to know about the role of grand parent is proposed in this chapter. Neutrosophic environment finds its application in many real-life situations in giving suitable solutions to the problem. It deals with a situation wherein uncertainty occurs. This chapter aims at bringing out an algorithm in identifying the role of grandparent, in providing an efficient growth of grandchildren. The identification process is based on statistical analysis in the neutrosophic environment applying SWOT analysis.
