The reactive transport solver in GeRa is organized using coupled domestic transport solvers with the widespread PhreeqcRM chemical calculations module. There are two parallelization methods: MPI in GeRa and OpenMP in PhreeqcRM. The efficiency of these two types of parallelization is studied using different computer architectures.
