The integration of Artificial Intelligence and DevOps presents a transformative potential for Agile Product Development, yet the current landscape is marked by challenges and gaps that necessitate exploration and resolution. This research conducts a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) involving 24 scientific articles to comprehensively investigate and analyze the existing body of knowledge surrounding the collaboration between AI and DevOps. The introduction outlines the increasing demand for efficiency and innovation, emphasizing the role of AI in Industry 4.0 and the emergence of DevOps as an essential approach. The research question, “How can AI and DevOps work together?” is addressed through an exploration of the adoption of AI and machine learning algorithms, the challenges associated with their integration, and the emergence of concepts like AIOps and Intelligent DevOps. Findings from diverse studies underscore the potential benefits, challenges, and the need for a holistic understanding of the collaboration between AI and DevOps in the context of Agile Product Development.
