Renal Veins
摘要
A vast amount of variation is reported in the renal venous complex. Many communications exist between the subcardinal, posterior cardinal, and supracardinal veins at the level of the kidney prior to the 7th week of development, thus leading to the possibility of variations in venous drainage. Many have reported variations in the gross appearance of the suprarenal veins and their accompanying renal veins (Fig. 78.1). It is, therefore, impossible to describe the variations in the venous drainage of the suprarenal glands independently.
