Design of Remote Control System for Rural Domestic Sewage Treatment Station Based on Internet of Things Technology

In response to the difficulties in management and low work efficiency of urban sewage treatment plants in China, a remote control system for rural domestic sewage treatment plants based on Internet of Things (IoT) technology was adopted. In the sensor network layout module, the main parameters of the wastewater treatment station that need to be monitored were determined, such as water quality, water quantity, etc. The intelligent control system design module analyzed the operation process and rules of the sewage treatment plant, and adopted intelligent control algorithms. The logical architecture based on sensing data and pre-set control strategies was designed. Fault diagnosis and early warning mechanisms were integrated to achieve real-time monitoring and treatment of abnormal conditions in wastewater treatment processes. The success rate of qualitative testing for high-speed networks was 99%, with an average data transmission speed of 10Mbps and a maximum delay of 10ms; the success rate of qualitative testing for medium speed networks was 95%, with an average data transmission speed of 5Mbps and a maximum delay of 50ms. The remote control system for rural domestic sewage treatment stations based on Internet of Things technology has improved the efficiency of data transmission.
