Hardware Design of an Automatic Control System for Oil-Water Weir Plate in an Intelligent Three-Phase Separator Based on Computer Technology
摘要
The height of the oil-water weir plate in the three-phase separator critically impacts oil-water separation and energy consumption in oil and gas stations. This article presents an automatic control system design for the oil-water weir plate in intelligent separators, leveraging computer technology and Siemens S7-1500 PLC. The design includes hardware component selection, circuit connections, and computer-based simulations for circuit stability. Control is divided into active adjustment and automatic induction, with sensors for pressure, temperature, liquid level, and flow. The PID control algorithm ensures precise automatic control of the weir plate.
