摘要

The construction of traditional industrial architectural heritage mainly relies on manual measurement, written recording, photography or video recording, which makes it difficult to obtain complete three-dimensional, cultural, and incomplete information of ancient architectural space. Moreover, the work efficiency is low and it is prone to secondary damage. This article aimed to utilize advanced digital technology to achieve comprehensive protection, scientific management, and sustainable utilization of industrial architectural heritage. This article took industrial architectural heritage as the research object, using digital modeling and information management as the means. It used real-time 3D and Building Information Modeling (BIM) technology to showcase industrial architectural heritage, and obtained real-time 3D model data of industrial architectural heritage through ground 3D laser, airborne LiDAR (Light Laser Detection and Ranging) scanning, and unmanned aerial vehicle oblique photogrammetry technology. This can compensate for the insufficient data collection and results of traditional industrial architectural heritage. The modeling time without the application of relevant technologies was 8.07 h, while the modeling time with the application of relevant technologies was 3.32 h. The real-time 3D and BIM technologies greatly reduce the modeling time. This can achieve efficient and precise management of industrial architectural heritage, laying the foundation for achieving long-term protection and sustainable utilization of industrial architectural heritage.
