Construction of an Intelligent System for Construction Engineering Surveying Based on BIM Technology

With the acceleration of urbanization, building layout measurement has become an important means of standardized urban management. Nowadays, intelligent systems for construction project layout measurement are gradually increasing, and the management of construction project layout measurement is becoming increasingly strict. However, there have always been shortcomings in the measurement accuracy of pay-off measurement, and it is necessary to find a technology to fill this gap. Control measurement is not easy: in the planning and setting out measurement of construction projects, the first thing to do is to control measurement. With the adoption of BIM technology, the measurement accuracy of the intelligent system of construction engineering revenue measurement has been increased by at least 10% and up to 18%, which proved that the use of BIM technology in the intelligent system for construction project pay-off measurement has good results.
