Analysis of Structural Topology Optimization Method Based on Continuous Carbon Fiber 3D Printing Technology

This paper analyzes and explores the structural topology optimization method based on CF3D printing (carbon fiber 3D printing) introduces the concept and characteristics of CF3D printing, as well as the basic concept and significance of structural topology optimization. This paper discusses the structural topology optimization method under the CF3D printing, including the technical characteristics and advantages, mathematical models, constraints and objective functions, and implementation methods. In the analysis of application examples, this article provides a detailed study of the application of CF3D printing in different fields, and summarizes and evaluates the advantages and limitations of this technology. This article aims to provide reference and guidance for researchers and engineers in related fields, in order to promote the application and development of this technology in practice.
