Analysis of Intelligent Rainwater Recycling and Treatment System of Substation Based on PID Algorithm

Taking a 110 kV substation as an example, an intelligent rainwater recycling and treatment system based on PID algorithm is introduced. The structure, working principle, control strategy and application effect of the system are analyzed. The results show that the intelligent rainwater recycling and treatment system can collect, treat and reuse the rainwater on the roof of the substation, and the treated rainwater can be used as landscape water or roof green water, and can also provide clean water for the power equipment inside the substation, which effectively reduces the production cost of the substation and improves the comprehensive economic benefits of the substation. Through the research, it is found that the intelligent rainwater recycling and treatment system can effectively improve the utilization rate of rainwater recycling, and has more advantages than the traditional rainwater recycling method in some conditions, which also shows that PID algorithm has high application value and is worth promoting.
