Key Points and Optimization of Constructional Engineering Technology Management Control Based on BIM Algorithm

In the context of current socio-economic development, the construction industry has gained great development space. Relevant enterprises should actively transform their management models, introduce advanced management concepts and provide guarantees for the development of the construction industry. The BIM (Building Information Modeling) algorithm is one of the most important technical means in current constructional engineering technology management. Relevant personnel should fully utilize this technical means in constructional engineering, so that it can be combined with constructional engineering and promote the overall level of the construction industry. Therefore, the article mainly analyzed in detail the application points of BIM algorithm in constructional engineering technology management and proposed corresponding optimization strategies, ultimately achieving the highest quality qualification rate of 93.7% for unit projects. It is hoped to further improve the application effect of BIM algorithm in constructional engineering technology management through the analysis and research of the article, to ultimately provide reference for relevant personnel and provide guarantee for the overall improvement of the construction industry level.
