This chapter shows old and new forms of waste collection that is being developed in different types of services performed and reported by the literature worldwide. Consequently, we indicate OR models and solutions that were reported and are here suggested. Services like domiciliary waste collection have been performed in different interesting methodological strategies in America, Italy, Brazil, and Argentina, as in other worldwide countries. Domiciliary selective waste collection is gaining recognition around the world as in Vietnam, Canada, and Brazil and are here discussed how they are being planned. Industrial, commercial and health waste collection are increasing annually, and they are introducing specialized routing and scheduling smart solutions with periodic components. At final, the substantial growth of the services in waste collection means a wide and complex management infrastructure that is here in discussion. The final impact of OR models in administrative and operational costs in the waste management structure is rethinking according to the institutional public decisions and summary.
