Development Communication Praxis
摘要
This chapter backtracks to the 1970s when development communication was introduced as an academic discipline in Third World academia and as a professional practice in international development projects. At the onset, development communication encountered opposition from legacy media and the academe alike. The chapter proceeds with an elaboration of associated theories and their practical applications.
