In this chapter, the authors propose a dialogue between future studies and feminism. The feminist slogan “Se va a caer” (Patriarchy will fall) helps them think about this movement in terms of future narratives and the relationship between utopia-dystopia and uchronia in the context of threats and the rise of the ultra-right. Then, they propose some theoretical genealogies that allow them to conceptualize the notion of care and consider how practical proposals inspired by this concept can be regarded as anticipation.

摘要

In this chapter, the authors propose a dialogue between future studies and feminism. The feminist slogan “Se va a caer” (Patriarchy will fall) helps them think about this movement in terms of future narratives and the relationship between utopia-dystopia and uchronia in the context of threats and the rise of the ultra-right. Then, they propose some theoretical genealogies that allow them to conceptualize the notion of care and consider how practical proposals inspired by this concept can be regarded as anticipation.
