US Contrast Media in Penile Disease
摘要
CEUS is increasingly recognised as a valuable problem-solving technique in penile pathologies. Compared to conventional Doppler modes, it has a higher sensitivity for assessing the presence or absence of blood flow and improves the differentiation between poorly vascularised and avascular lesions. Besides the evaluation of tumours and ischemic changes of the penis, CEUS has an emerging role in the assessment of inflammation, traumatic injuries, and malformations.
