For many of important nondissipative dynamical systems, we can say that Hamiltonian structure of the systems plays the important role of unified theory. On the other hand, in theoretical physics, the term unified theory is also used for the unification of four forces in nature, namely, (1) strong, (2) electromagnetic, (3) weak and (4) gravitational forces. As of now, dark energy and dark matter whose combined abundance ratio in the universe exceeds 90% still remains to be hidden in a veil of mystery. As you will see, a novel off-shell science approach we are going to employ in our present studies cast a new light on these big mysteries in theoretical physics and the Hamiltonian structure of the classical fluid dynamical field plays a key role in it. So that, this Chap. 6 is reserved for recapitulating the basic knowledge on the Hamiltonian structure.
