It employs bibliometric analysis using VOSviewer version 1.6.20 to examine recent trends by accessing the Web of Science (WoS) database. The analysis specifically targets titles with “e-government” as the primary keyword, yielding a dataset of 2343 publications. This bibliometric review not only deepens academic understanding but also assists practitioners and policymakers in designing more effective e-government strategies.
