摘要
This study assesses the impact of digital human resources management (HRM) on the sustainability of private universities in Jordan. Using a quantitative approach, standardized questionnaires were administered to 238 faculty members from various private universities in Jordan. Structural equation modeling (SEM) was employed to analyze the data and explore the relationship between digital HRM practices and sustainability. Findings reveal a significant positive influence of digital HRM on the sustainability of private universities, particularly through practices like digital recruiting, training, evaluation, and compensation. The study recommends that private universities in Jordan modernize their digital HR capabilities through policy reforms, employee training, and the adoption of advanced HR software solutions to maximize benefits. By offering empirical evidence, this research contributes to understanding the importance of digital HRM in supporting sustainability in Jordan’s higher education sector, providing actionable insights for university administrators and policymakers.
