The research was done with the aim of considering influence of storage at 4Co on the physicochemical properties of some industrial juices. Physicochemical qualities including vitamin C (ascorbic acid AA), citric acid (CA), pH, refractometer index (IR), total soluble solid (TSS), total dissolved, salts (TDS), and electrical conductivity (EC). It was observed that storage time significantly changed all the physicochemical properties, the decrease occurred after a week of storage in vitamin C contents, TSS, pH, TDS, and EC values, while the percentage of citric acid was increased. This is consistent with exception of sample 2 during the storage period. Storage time of fruit juices had significant effect on physicochemical qualities.
