The primary goal of this study is to conduct a bibliometric analysis to investigate the trends and impacts of BA adoption across different fields. This research is crucial as it provides an in-depth overview of the BA landscape, emphasizing its broad applicability and interdisciplinary nature. The methodology involves a systematic bibliometric review using VOSviewer software version 1.6.20, and data from the Web of Science (WoS) databases. This approach helps identify key trends, major contributors, and significant gaps in BA research, which are essential for guiding future studies and aligning them with industry needs.
