This chapter provides current, up-to-date information regarding the use of thalamic neurostimulation targeting the anterior, centromedian, and pulvinar nuclei of the thalamus, employing deep brain stimulation and depth electrodes for responsive stimulation. It includes information on randomized trials and selected observational study outcomes.
