Doctors working in lymphology often assess a patient’s remaining ability to perform based on a negative or positive performance profile. Lymphedema or lipedema can impair a person’s ability to perform, leading to occupational or disability problems. Therefore, doctors in practices and clinics repeatedly deal with expert questions.
