Lymphology in Health Care
摘要
Given the enormous number of people with lymphological diseases and the associated costs for the healthcare system, the high rate of mis-, under- and over-supply is unacceptable. It is assumed that these data on mis-, under- and over-supply are not substantially better today. The task of doctors who care for this patient group is to use the limited resources available in a planned manner. Both therapists and specialist advisors in the medical supply store sector require better training and ongoing qualification measures so that these professional groups can take on more responsibility in the treatment process. Last but not least, legislators are called upon to create more favourable framework conditions.
