HealthCore: A Unified Digital Ecosystem for Collection of Health Data Throughout the Continuum of Care

During neurological rehabilitation, a wealth of clinical data is created. However, this data is often of low quality and inaccessible to researchers developing models for healthcare. HealthCore aims to unify the data collection process and provide value to both data generators and data consumers. HealthCore proposes a clinically tested platform for mobile data collection and integration into a clinical information system specifically developed for rehabilitation research and monitoring.
