摘要

Prefabricated buildings are a modern construction method characterized by standardized design of prefabricated components, factory-based production, and assembly-based construction. They offer numerous advantages, including shorter construction periods, reduced environmental pollution, and less construction waste. In recent years, under the backdrop of carbon neutrality and carbon peaking, a series of policies and support from the Chinese government have promoted and applied prefabricated buildings in urban construction and renovation projects. However, during the implementation of projects, the on-site allocation of prefabricated components for residential buildings faces challenges such as insufficient dynamism in demand planning, low on-site allocation efficiency, and various uncertainties in the scheduling process. To better assist prefabricated component factories in formulating production plans, improve the supply chain management system for prefabricated components, and achieve high-quality transformation and upgrading of construction methods, This paper focuses on the production scheduling problem of prefabricated components, aiming to minimize component production completion time, overtime and delivery costs, and machine carbon emissions. It establishes an optimization model for prefabricated component production scheduling based on the improved NSGAII algorithm, assisting enterprises in making robust decisions when balancing cost reduction, shortening construction periods, and reducing carbon dioxide emissions.
