Complexity and Heterogeneity in Health Databases: An Automated Method Based on Nature Inspired Algorithms to Migrate and Standardize Data
摘要
Healthcare organizations have tended to scale non-uniformly due to its critical context. Several administrations and institutions are currently making efforts to migrate from information silos to data models that allow for greater interoperability, scalability and quality control over services given. For this purpose, an automated method based on nature-inspired algorithms is proposed to compose optimised data models and the operations required to reach them from historical data sources while minimising the loss of information.
