摘要
In the physical process of the interaction of electromagnetic radiation with matter, the so-called scattering occurs, which is the deviation of light from its original direction of incidence on the material. This scattering process is described by a functional expression of the emission frequency as a function of the wave vector. The interaction of the electric field vector of the incident electromagnetic wave with the electrons of the material with which it interacts produces the scattering of the waves due to the oscillations of the electrons within the material, which in turn induces oscillating electric dipoles.
